The truth is, we won't find a solution if we stick to old models and wait for squabbling politicians in Washington, D.C. to act. Today, regional partnerships among states with strong political leadership and engaged business interests are leading the way to a more sustainable future. This is the real story of climate action in the United States.
During the last three years, Clean Energy Works’ home retrofit projects have resulted in 340 new hires, including 28 veterans. Retrofit projects have taken place in 19 Oregon counties.
We know we can cut climate pollution in Washington and build a stronger economy. Now we need bold action from our leaders.

A clean fuels standard will build on existing success and allow Washington businesses to help lead the way to cleaner, Washington-produced fuels that will keep more of our energy dollars here in our great state and region.
