Paul Epstein, A Climate Champion

We were very sad to learn yesterday of the death of Dr. Paul Epstein.  Paul was the director of Harvard’s Center for Health and the Global Environment and the foremost expert on the public health impacts from climate change and pollution from fossil fuels. 

We at Climate Solutions were very honored when he took time from his busy schedule to brief us earlier this year on Harvard’s groundbreaking report on the Real Cost of Coal. 

Dr. Epstein was a real climate and public health champion – he will be greatly missed.
