Rich Feldman

PNW Regional Manager, ECOtality North America

Richard is the Pacific Northwest Regional Manager of ECOtality North America and is responsible for the planning and development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure for Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. He has been actively developing the US Department of Energy funded EV Project in Oregon and Washington. The EV Project covers 16 strategic markets in six states, including Arizona, California, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington, as well as the District of Columbia and has a total project cost of approximately $230 million. It is the largest deployment of electric vehicles and charge infrastructure in history.

 Prior to his work with the electric vehicle project, Rich was Senior Policy Advisor for the Office of the Mayor of the City of Seattle and Director of the Washington State Apollo Alliance.
