2010 Cleantech Open Competition Begins with Briefings in February and March

The Pacific Northwest Cleantech Open is kicking off the 2010 season with briefing sessions in Portland (February 24th) and Seattle (March 4th). These informational events for potential contestants, mentors and volunteers will provide an overview of the National Cleantech Open program and details about the Pacific Northwest 2010 competition and schedule. At both events, several alumni of the region’s 2009 competition will tell about their experiences last year.

This year’s briefings will be held in collaboration with ZINO Green investor forums in both Portland and Seattle. The lunch-time Cleantech Open briefings will be located in the vicinity of ZINO’s afternoon forums and will be scheduled to allow entrepreneurs who plan to attend both, to do so conveniently.

Both events will open for sign-in, networking and a light deli lunch at 11:00. The program will begin at 11:30 and wrap up at 12:30, leaving time for networking and, optionally, going to the ZINO Green investor forum, which begins at 1:00pm.
 
Portland Competition Briefing
Location: University Club, Lower Lounge Meeting Room (lower level)

ZINO Green Portland, for those who plan to attend it, will take place in the PacWest Center, just across the street from the University Club.

Seattle Competition Briefing
Location: McKinstry Innovation Center, 5005 Third Avenue South, Seattle
Date/Time: Thursday, March 4th, 11:00am to 12:45pm
ZINO Green Seattle, for those who plan to attend it, will be held in the same building as the CTO briefing.
