The current construction market, particularly in the Pacific Northwest, presents many opportunities for work on green projects. Green buildings require thoughtful consideration as they have the potential to expose project team members to increased risk. Join SLUG for a presentation focused on best practices in the context of green projects. This interactive dialogue will include a discussion of third-party certification, potential risks, insurance issues, form contracts, and green regulatory activity.

Presenter:

Nicole DeNamur is an attorney and LEED® Green Associate with experience litigating construction- related disputes. Nicole received a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Michigan’s School of Natural Resources and Environment and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law.
