The first NW SolarFest took place in 2004 to celebrate the installation of the first public PV project in Shoreline. Congressman Jay Inslee helped us dedicate that system and celebrate the event. Exhibitors and vendors brought solutions that were available for homeowners, businesses, and schools. Through the years, NW SolarFest has grown in size and scope. Whether wind, solar or geothermal power, or conservation and efficiency, NW SolarFest is all about making a difference by using the resources available to us all.

Vendors and exhibitors are still being accepted and SolarFest is always interested in volunteers either to help with preparing for the fair or on the day of the fair - see the website for more information.
