The West Coast is about to take part in the biggest rollout of electric cars and charging stations in the world. The first mass-market electric cars go on sale in the Pacific Northwest at the end of this year.
Back in the fall, the Department of Energy awarded a Phoenix company 100 million dollars to build electric vehicle charging networks in five states.
