Urge them to support local, community-based power in the 2026 session by passing the virtual power plant bill (SB 1582).

The worsening climate crisis tramples our basic values of safety, wellness, and fairness. It’s well past time that polluters – not Oregonians – pay for the costs of recovery, adaptation, and resilience.

It’s absolutely critical that Climate Commitment Act funds continue to go to the purposes that the program was created for: reducing climate pollution, expanding affordable clean energy and energy efficiency, and strengthening communities in the face of rising climate impacts. Take action to keep CCA funds going towards climate and not other projects!
