Oregon! Join us July 9 to prepare for 2025 statewide transportation legislation input

Do you want safer, more environmentally sustainable, financially stable, and well-maintained transportation choices for all Oregonians? Join the Move Oregon Forward transportation campaign briefing next week, on July 9.

Climate Solutions is working with active transportation, climate, and environmental justice groups to pass forward-thinking legislation in 2025 to benefit every Oregonian in urban and rural communities. We’ll help you prepare written or verbal testimony in front of the Oregon Joint Committee on Transportation at one of their upcoming statewide tour stops, where they’re gathering input on how to fund and invest in transportation in 2025.

This briefing is for anyone interested in writing or giving testimony at the upcoming listening tour stops in Albany, Eugene, Coos Bay, Medford, Ontario, and Hermiston. We’ll share:

  • What’s at stake in the 2025 session,
  • Information on types of funding mechanisms,
  • Key messages or stories to share with legislators, and
  • How you can make your voice heard in the listening tour and beyond!

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Please share this invitation with your friends, networks, and communities – and save the date for a listening tour stop near you!
