Aaron Luke is an Energy Intern with the Confederated Tribes of Umatilla Indian Reservation. Under the Tribe’s Energy and Environmental Sciences Program, he strives to guide the 4th global energy transition to Oregon while remaining environmentally conscious.

Aaron has interned with CTUIR for 4 years as the Energy intern, focusing his work on project management, strategic planning, grant writing and management, and community outreach with success in Tribal Energy documents and renewable energy project planning and integration.

Born and raised in Pendleton, Oregon, Aaron is currently attending the Oregon Institute of Technology, dual majoring in Renewable Energy Engineering and Environmental Sciences with a focus in energy-efficient infrastructure and water resources respectively.
