Brittney (she/her) provides administrative support for Climate Solutions' board and staff. She does a little bit of everything, helping develop and strengthen relationships not just between herself and her coworkers, but for everyone in the office. Whether it’s scheduling meetings, editing documents, communicating with building management at our physical offices, ordering supplies, coordinating events, you name it, she’s on top of it!

Brittney is also the founder of a local 501(c)(3) organization called the Puget Sound Pronouns, dedicated to promoting trans and non-binary inclusion in sports. A trans woman herself, she credits her ability to discover her true self to the gay softball community, and created the organization to help provide that safe space for others to find themselves, too. She is the secretary for the Emerald City Softball Association, the LGBTQIA+ league that the Pronouns play in, and heads the association's Governing Manual Committee, dedicated to constantly reviewing the league’s bylaws to ensure clarity, equity, and fairness.
