Conner oversees finance, human resources, information technology, facilities, and operational policies. He has worked consistently and effectively to maintain a high level of quality, functionality, and humanity at Climate Solutions.

Conner has worked in various nonprofit environments (agency, government, and faith-based) for 30 years in multiple capacities as an executive director, administrative director and in direct services, training, program management, and policy.

His spare time is spent poolside with his husband and a cocktail watching his three rescue dogs hunt lizards and dragonflies.
