Gwendy provides administrative support for Climate Solutions' board & staff. She wears many hats, helping develop and strengthen relationships with in the office and with our many partners. She schedules meetings, edits documents, manages our physical offices, orders supplies for on-site & remote staff, coordinates events - if you can think it, she does it!

Gwendy founded of a local 501(c)(3) organization called the Puget Sound Pronouns, dedicated to promoting trans & non-binary inclusion in sports. She credits the clarity to discover her true self to the gay softball community, and created the organization to help provide that safe space for others to find themselves, too. She also previously served as secretary of the board for the Emerald City Softball Association, the league that the Pronouns play in.

Outside of work, she's typically either on a softball field, cuddling with her wife Erica and their two basset hounds, Butch & Cash, or fighting in one way or another to make the world a better place!
