Ingrid Fish works with the City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, developing emerging mobility policy and programs. and has 15 years of experience working for the City of Portland. She develops strategic policy direction to increase equitable access to low-carbon transportation modes including walking, biking, transit, and shared and electric vehicle use. Her work focuses on ensuring climate and equity considerations are embedded into the City’s emerging mobility projects and policies. Ingrid managed the development of Portland’s 2017 Electric Vehicle Strategy update process, and she coordinates with stakeholders to implement emerging mobility-related Climate Action Plan (CAP) and Electric Vehicle Strategy actions. Ingrid worked on a team to manage the CAP update process and develop the City’s first Climate Change Preparation Plan. Prior to working for the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, she worked for Portland Mayor Tom Potter and the City of Portland Budget Office.
