Program Director, Breaking Barriers Collaborative

Bio

Paul serves as Program Director of the Breaking Barriers Collaborative, an initiative that helps Pacific Northwest businesses and institutions accelerate efforts to equitably curb their climate emissions. In this role Paul led the creation and delivery of the Fleet Decarbonization Accelerator, a hands-on, cohort-based program that combines learning, planning, and action to help organizations accelerate their fleet transition to clean energy. The Breaking Barriers Collaborative is now a leading provider of educational programming to fleets across the Pacific Northwest, with over 100 Accelerator graduates from 40 organizations representing more than 15,000 vehicles.

Prior to joining Climate Solution Paul conceived, launched and scaled dozens of new technology products for consumers and businesses at companies including Microsoft, Avvo, and Apex Learning. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Western University in Canada, an MBA from Stanford University, and a Certificate in Sustainability from UCLA. Paul also serves as Board President for the Holocaust Center for Humanity.
