When 500-year floods strike twice in a year, catastrophic fires burn, hottest summers EVER reoccur, and sea levels rise, you have to take action. Join neighbors and become more informed about global climate change plus plan on how YOU and WE can make a difference.

Saturday, October 21, 10-3 at N Mason Timberland Library in Belfair, WA, this engaging and participatory workshop will be led by Derek Hoshiko of Climate Solutions. 

We'll begin at 10:00 a.m. with a moving and participatory presentation with the latest information about global climate change, then a brown bag lunch, followed by a two-hour work session on what we can do to help with this situation personally and as a community. It is more empowering to join with others and mkae a difference than just complain or do nothing. We encourage community and elected leaders to participate, but it is up to people to meaningfully address this pressing issue.
