OCAP zoom profile picture

Installation instructions:

  1. Click on the graphic you wish to install.
    A new tab will open in your web browser, containing the full-sized graphic.
     
  2. Right-click on the full-sized graphic (Mac users: Hold down the [Ctrl] key while clicking on the graphic).
     
  3. In the context menu that appears, click "Save image as..." or "Save picture as...".
     
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to save the file to your computer/device.
    Suggestion: Save the file in your Downloads folder.
     
  5. Open the Zoom app.
     
  6. In the upper-right corner of the Zoom window, click the gear icon.
    The Zoom settings window will open.
     
  7. In the left column of the Zoom settings window, click "Profile".
     
  8. Above your name, click the image/graphic icon.
    Another window will open.
     
  9. Click "Change Picture", then select the OCAP graphic file you saved in step 4. Click Open.
    The OCAP profile picture should replace your previous profile picture.
     
  10. Click the "-" (minus or dash) button until you see the entire outline of Oregon inside the transparent bubble, then click Save.
     
  11. Close the Zoom settings window. You're done!

Installation instructions:

  1. Click on the graphic you wish to install.

  2. Right-click on the full-sized graphic (Mac users: Hold down the [Ctrl] key while clicking on the graphic).
     
  3. In the context menu that appears, click "Save image as..." or "Save picture as...".
     
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to save the file to your computer/device.
    Suggestion: Save the file in your Downloads folder.
     
  5. Open the Zoom app.
     
  6. In the upper-right corner of the Zoom window, click the gear icon.
    The Zoom settings window will open.
     
  7. In the left column of the Zoom settings window, click "Background & Filters".
     
  8. On the right side of the window, click the "+" (plus) button, then click Add Image.
    Another window will open.
     
  9. Select the OCAP graphic file you saved in step 4. Click Open.
    You should see a live preview of your webcam's video feed with the OCAP background image. The OCAP logo text may appear backward; this is normal.
     
  10. Close the Zoom settings window. You're done!
