The Western Washington University Institute for Energy Studies Energy Symposium will bring together roughly twenty energy professionals from industry, government, and academia to speak about timely energy topics related to electricity generation, integration challenges, and future opportunities.
The goal of the symposium is to engage the faculty and students of WWU’s energy program, interested community members, and invited speakers in a thought provoking conversation about electricity technology and policy, and the role they will play in our rapidly evolving energy economy.
Among the invited experts is Ross Macfarlane of Climate Solutions, who will be moderating a panel discussing "Northwest Energy Policy: Public and Private Sector Roles."
