It has been an absolute privilege to lead Climate Solutions’ Oregon policy team these past seven years. In that time, climate advocates in our state have accomplished a lot: the state committed to getting 100% of its electricity from renewable, non-polluting sources by 2040, doubled the Clean Fuels Standard, launched the Climate Protection Program, and made equitable electrification and climate resilience a priority investment in the state budget, to name a few. That said, the climate can’t wait, and we have even more work ahead.
I’m transitioning to a new role within Climate Solutions as the Director of Policy and Strategy. I will continue to work with our incredible Oregon team while expanding my focus to address broader opportunities to cut pollution and advocate for climate solutions throughout the Northwest region.
