Oil companies want you to skip this

Oil companies think they can pollute our planet and our politics while leaving us no choice. Together, we can prove them wrong.

clean fuels standard can bring Washington new jobs, cleaner air and more consumer choices to communities by replacing dirty gasoline and diesel with locally produced clean fuels. This vision for the future would help break the oil companies' monopoly on our economy, and Shell, BP and Tesoro are pushing back hard.  Governor Inslee can enact this policy with an executive order, but he needs to know we support it! The Department of Ecology is holding two meetings over the coming weeks to gauge the will of Washingtonians.

Will you come out and stand with communities from Spokane to Seattle to tell the oil companies that you're not scared of their lobbyists?

The Department of Ecology is touring the state holding public hearings on the proposed policy. This is our chance to help break free of oil's grip at the pump and in our politics. Attend the public hearings in Seattle on Feb. 19th and in Spokane on Feb. 23rd to support the clean fuels standard, and help rid our air and water from hazardous threats and pollution.

A clean fuels standard will help replace our outdated fuel choices with electric vehicles, in-state sustainable biofuels and renewable natural gas from dairies and land fills. Cities, towns, farms and communities across Washington have the clean fuels resources to power our future, but we need to tell the oil companies to get out of the way.

Join us on in Seattle on Feb. 19th and in Spokane on Feb. 23rd to support clean fuels and a sustainable future.
